Paso 2: Desenrosque el anillo que tapa el casco de la herramienta.

Paso 3: Saque el mandril.

Nota: La herramienta no funcionará adecuadamente si no se saca la tuerca del mandril y el mandril del eje del motor.

Paso 4

Paso 4: Instale la tapa del eje en el eje del motor y ajústela.

!Para evitar daños a la

herramienta, no sobreajuste la

tapa. Ajústela con los dedos y después 1/3 de vuelta adicional con la llave. (La llave viene incluida en el juego de herramienta rotativa).

Paso 5

Paso 5: Instale el eje flexible enroscando su collar en el eje de la herramienta. Asegúrese que el extremo cuadrado del núcleo enganche en el orificio cuadrado del cubo en la tapa del eje.

No jale el núcleo del eje ! PRECAUCION flexible para engancharlo en la

tapa del eje porque el núcleo podría zafarse del mango. Si la herramienta se detiene cuando el eje está flexionado, el núcleo podría quedar atrapado en la tapa del eje del motor. Afloje el eje y saque el núcleo de la tapa del eje del motor. Luego vuelva a enroscar el eje flexible en el casco de la herramienta rotativa.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA OPERAR

Desenganche del Eje Flexible

El eje flexible podría desengancharse si el motor de la herramienta rotativa no está más elevado que el extremo de trabajo del eje flexible. Se recomienda usar el Sujetador de Herramienta con Eje Flexible No. 2222 para sujetar la herramienta a la altura adecuada.

Ensamblaje del Mandril y sus Accesorios

El mandril consiste de una tuerca y del mandril propiamente. Tome el mandril y su tuerca que se sacaron en los pasos 2 y 3 e insértelos en la punta del mango del eje flexible.

Inserte un accesorio o broca tan adentro como sea posible para evitar que bambolee durante el uso. Vuelva a ajustar el mandril enganchando el botón del seguro en el mango del eje flexible.

Desmontaje y Montaje del Mandril

Para acomodar vástagos de diferentes tamaños en el eje flexible, se venden por separado mandriles de cuatro tamaños. Para cambiar el mandril, saque la tuerca del mandril existente y el mandril. Inserte el extremo sin ranuras del mandril en el orificio en el extremo del eje flexible. Reinstale la tuerca del mandril en el eje. Siempre use el mandril del diámetro adecuado para el vástago del accesorio que se va a usar. Nunca fuerce un vástago de mayor diámetro en un mandril

LUBRICACIÓN DEL EJE FLEXIBLE — Se debe lubricar el eje flexible después de cada 25-30 horas de uso. Para lubricarlo, desenrosque el ensamblaje del eje flexible de la caja protectora del motor. Tire del núcleo central hacia afuera del ensamblaje del eje flexible. Aplique en el núcleo central una película muy fina de grasa de buena calidad para altas temperaturas.

excesivamente el eje. Demasiada grasa hará que la unidad se recaliente. Se debe usar lubricante para ejes Dremel No. 5990952 ó grasa para cojinetes de ruedas automotrices.

Vuelva a colocar el eje flexible en la herramienta giratoria.
