1.From the HP Insight Control for RHEV Quick Access screen, click the Communication Status tab. The Communication Status data is displayed.

2.To sort by Status, click the button.

The default number of entries displayed is ten. To change the number of entries, select a value from the Show drop-down list. You can also search the entries by entering a search term in the Search box.

3.To sort information within a specific column, single-click the desired column heading.

4.To scroll through multiple pages of entries, click Previous, Next, First, or Last at the bottom of the screen. You can also move between pages by clicking the corresponding page number button at the bottom of the screen.

Data that is displayed includes:

•Status—Available statuses include:

Normal—Communication OK

Minor—Failover in progress

Major—Communication failed; continuing to retry

Critical—Communication failed; initial retries failed – continuing to retry at infrequent intervals

Disabled—All communication attempts have failed – will not retry

Unknown—No attempt yet made at communication

•IP Address—The IP Address and DNS name (if available)

•Entity Type—iLO, Virtual Connect, Onboard Administrator

•Description—Communication status description

Global Newsfeed tab

From the Newsfeed tab, you can view global Newsfeed data for all hosts. To view global Newsfeed data:
