Precautions for use
Before using, read the instructions for use carefully and follow the advice.
Use that does not conform will release TEFAL from all responsibility.
•Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
•Use the appliance on a flat surface.
•Unwind the power cord entirely. Do not use an electrical extension lead.
Check that the voltage of your appliance corresponds to that of the mains voltage.
If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by the manufacturer, its approved service or someone similarly qualified in order to prevent any danger.
Any connection error renders the guarantee invalid.
•Unplug the appliance as soon as you have finished using it or when cleaning it. Do not unplug it by pulling on the cord.
•Your appliance is intended solely for domestic, indoor use.
•Never open the appliance when it is in operation; you risk burning yourself.
Wait at least 4 minutes after the end of the sterilisation cycle before opening the lid. Caution: bottles, teats and caps are hot after sterilisation.
•Wait 15 minutes between 2 sterilisations.
•Never plug in the appliance without water.
•Never immerse the appliance in water.
•Never dismantle the body of the appliance.
•Do not use your appliance if it is not working correctly or if it has been damaged. In this event, always contact TEFAL directly or a TEFAL approved service centre.
