Using the quick defrost features
The Quick Defrost features enable you to defrost meat, poultry, fish, frozen vegetable and frozen bread. The defrost time and power level are set automatically. You simply select the programme and the weight.
NOTE
Use only containers that are
Open the door. Place the frozen food on a ceramic in the centre of the turntable. Close the door.
1.Press the Quick Defrost button.

The following table presents the various Quick Defrost programmes, serving size, standing times and appropriate instructions. Remove all kind of package material before defrosting. Place meat, poultry, fish, frozen vegetable and frozen bread on a flat glass dish or ceramic plate.
