			Listen for two rings.
			Hang up.
2.		30 seconds with no rings.	Wait 30 seconds.
	3.	Two rings.	Re-dial the control panel phone number.
			Listen for two rings.
			Hang up.
4.		30 seconds with no rings.	Wait 30 seconds.
	5.	Control panel picks up on	Re-dial the control panel phone number.
		first ring.	When the control panel picks up the phone, begin remote programming.

If you are using a text keypad, SYSTEM PROGRAM, USING PHONE LINE appears in the keypad display.
