SOLUTION

1.Replace igniter

2.Replace igniter

3.Reconnect igniter cable

4.Free igniter cable if pinched by any metal or tubing. Keep igniter cable dry.

5.Tighten nut holding piezo igniter to heater cabinet. Nut is located inside heater cabinet at top.

6.Replace igniter cable

7.Replace piezo igniter

SOLUTION

1.Turn on gas supply or open manual shutoff valve

2.Turn control knob to “PILOT” position

3.Press in control knob while in “PILOT” position
