MAINTENANCE

SERVICE CHART

Check items for proper operation. If service is required, please contact an authorized American-Lincoln Technology distributor. For best performance, replace worn parts with genuine American-Lincoln parts.

EVERY eight (8) HOURS or DAILY check and clean/adjust if necessary:

1Inspect panel filter for damage and clean them.

2Inspect and clean hopper.

3Inspect and clean recovery tank screens and filters.

4Check hydraulic fluid level.

5Check all flaps for wear or damage.

6Check brooms for wear or damage, adjust as required.

7Check brake pedal and parking brake.

8Check hydraulic oil filter.

9Check battery electrolyte level.

10Check all fluid system components for leaks.

50 HOUR (WEEKLY) MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

11Check solution tank (recycling or ESP system).

12Check solution filter screen (recycling or ESP system).

13Check recovery tank.

14Check recovery tank screens and filters.

15Inspect scrub brushes for wear or damage.

16Inspect rear and side squeegees for wear or damage.

17Check battery electrolyte level.

18Check all hydraulic hoses for wear or cuts.

19Rotate main brush.

20Clean or replace panel filter.

21Lubricate squeegee casters.

100 HOUR MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

22Lubricate front wheel bearings.

23Lubricate all moving joints.

250 HOUR MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

24Lubricate squeegee casters.

25Clean solution tank and filter screen.

26Replace hydraulic filter element.

27Clean hydraulic reservoir.
