Before Commissioning

Unloading

ÎRelease the star grips of the pushing handle fastening.

ÎTurn the pushing handle backwards and tighten the star grips.

ÎPlace long lateral boards of the pak- kaging as a ramp next to the pallet.

ÎFix the ramp on the pallet with nails.

ÎPlace short boards as a support under- neath the ramp.

ÎRemove the wooden bars in front of the wheels.

ÎMove out the pedal to drive out the run- ning gear towards the right and release it upward.

ÎBriefly press the handle downward so that the chassis can drive out.

ÎPush down the machine through the ramp from the pallet.

Installing the Brushes

The brushes must be installed before the in- itial operation (see "Maintenance works").

Installing the Squeegee

ÎInsert the squeegee tool into the squee- gee suspension in such a manner that the profiled sheet is positioned above the suspension. Tighten the wing nuts.
