Changing the light bulb

WARNING

For your safety, always disconnect the machine from the power supply.

To prevent burns and electric shocks, let the bulb cool down before replacing it.

Bulbs can be purchased at your nearest dealer. (Always use 12V 5W model T1O bulbs)

A. Ensure the machine is unplugged and the light bulb is cool.

Loosen the screw on the face cover and remove the face cover as shown in the illustration.

B.Gently pull the bulb downward to remove it.

Insert a new bulb by pushing it all the way to the top.

C.Lower the presser foot pressure rod.

D.Insert the presser foot pressure rod into the presser foot pressure adjustment lever. Attach the face cover.

E.Check if the presser foot pressure adjustment lever moves smoothly.

If it does not, remove the face cover and repeat the steps C - E.
