Servicio: Inspección manual del avance de la recarga

NOTA: La pantalla de control debe mostrar la hora de manera estable (no intermitente).

1.Presione el botón RECHARGE (recarga) y sosténgalo presionado por tres segundos. La palabra RECHARGE NOW (recargue ahora) comienza a parpadear a medida que el sistema de descalcificación de agua inicia el ciclo de recarga. Retire la cubierta del depósito de la salmuera y, con una linterna, observe el agua de llenado entrando hacia el tanque de salmuera. Si no hay agua entrando al tanque, busque cualquier obstrucción en una boquilla, el Venturi, el tapón de flujo de llenado o la tubería de la salmuera. Consulte la sección Cuidado y limpieza del sistema de descalcificación de agua.

2.Después de observar el llenado, presione el botón RECHARGE (recarga) para llevar al sistema de descalcificación de agua al proceso de salado. Un flujo lento de agua hacia el drenaje debe comenzar. Verifique

la extracción de la salmuera del tanque alumbrando con una linterna hacia el depósito de la salmuera y observando un goteo evidente en el nivel de líquido durante un período de tiempo extenso.

NOTA: Cerciórese de que no es un puente de sal el que está evitando el contacto con la sal. Consulte la sección Cuidado y limpieza del sistema de descalcificación de agua.

Si el sistema de descalcificación de agua no extrae salmuera, inspeccione:

■Que la boquilla y/o el Venturi no estén sucios o defectuosos.

■Que el empaque de la boquilla o el Venturi no estén defectuosos.

■Que la boquilla y/o el Venturi no estén bien asentados en la junta.

■Otro defecto de la válvula interna (empaque del rotor, rotor y disco, arandela de onda, etc.).

■Que no exista un drenaje restringido (inspeccione los accesorios del drenaje y la manguera).

NOTA: Si la presión del sistema de agua es baja, una manguera elevada podría causar presión regresiva, evitando la extracción de la salmuera.

3.De nuevo, presione el botón RECHARGE (recarga) para llevar el sistema de descalcificación de agua al lavado regresivo. Busque un flujo rápido de agua de la manguera de drenaje. Un flujo lento indica que se ha obstruido un distribuidor superior, un tapón de flujo de lavado regresivo o la manguera de drenaje.

4.Presione el botón RECHARGE (recarga) para llevar el sistema de descalcificación de agua al enjuague rápido. De nuevo, busque un flujo rápido. Permita que el sistema de descalcificación de agua enjuague por unos minutos para purgar cualquier salmuera que haya quedado en el tanque de resina durante la prueba del ciclo del proceso de salado.

5.Para regresar el sistema de descalcificación de agua a servicio, presione el botón RECHARGE (recarga) .
