–Pueden producirse quemaduras si se retira la tapa mien- tras el aparato está funcionando.

–Si se llena el hervidor demasiado, podría salirse agua hirviendo.

–No hierva agua sin colocar la tapa.

–Vierta el agua hirviendo lentamente y con cuidado, sin inclinar el vertedor demasiado rápido.

–Para no quemarse, evite entrar en contacto con el vapor que sale de la apertura de la tapa cuando se hierve el agua o justo después de apagar el hervidor. Tenga cui- dado cuando abra la tapa si el hervidor sigue caliente y desea volverlo a llenar con agua.

–El agua hirviendo puede provocar quemaduras.

–Mueva el aparato con máximo cuidado cuando contenga agua caliente.

–No coloque el interruptor en la posición de encendido (ON) de forma forzosa ni realice ningún cambio autorizado en el interruptor para que permanezca en la posición de encendido. Esto podría hacer que el vapor se salga alrede- dor de la tapa, dañando el mecanismo automático de encendido y apagado y causando posiblemente lesiones corporales.

–No sumerja el aparato en agua. Recuerde que se trata de un aparato eléctrico.

–Para limpiar el aparato utilice solamente paños húmedos.

–Para desconectarlo, póngalo en "off" y saque el enchufe de la toma de corriente.

–Desenchufe siembre el aparato sujetando el enchufe, no el cable.

–No deje que el cable cuelgue por los laterales de la mesa o la encimera sobre la que esté trabajando o entre en contacto con superficies calientes.

–Desenchufe el cable eléctrico de la toma de pared cuando no se utilce el hervidor y antes de limpiarlo. Deje enfriar el aparato antes de montar o retirar piezas y antes de limpiarlo.

–No utilice ningún aparato eléctrico que presente defectos en el cable o el enchufe, funcione incorrectamente o haya sufrido daños de cualquier tipo. Lleve el aparato al servicio técnico autorizado más cercano para que lo examinen, reparen o ajusten.

–No intente cambiar el cable eléctrico del aparato, ya que para ello se necesitan herramientas especiales. Para garantizar la seguridad del aparato, todo cambio o repa- ración del cable deberá ser realizado exclusivamente por un taller de atención al cliente autorizado por el fabricante.

–No utilice el hervidor sobre un plano inclinado. No utilice el hervidor a menos que la placa calentadora esté comple- tamente sumergida. No mueva el hervidor mientras esté encendido.
