What is wrong and why?

Problem

Having difficulty cleaning any part of the oven.

Check

Check that you are following the instructions for care and cleaning (See page 27).

Problem

The oven lights do not work.

Check

Check that the oven is not set for automatic cooking. The lights will illuminate when cooking begins.

If you have had your oven for some time, you may need to replace an oven light bulb. (See page 33).

Problem

The timer does not work.

Check

Check that the timer instructions are being closely followed. (See page 23).

Problem

The oven or grill burner flame is unstable/noisy.

lCheck

Check that the burner flames stabilise after a few minutes. It may be that the appliance needs to adjust to room temperature.
