Wolfgang Puck Pesto
Makes 1/4 cup
INGREDIENTS
12 medium fresh basil leaves, washed, dried, and coarsely chopped 3 medium garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons pine nuts, lightly toasted Pinch of salt

METHOD
1In your food processor fitted with the Processing Blade process the basil, garlic, nuts, and salt until thoroughly processed
2With the processor running slowly add the oil through the feed tube until it reaches a smooth paste. Season with the kosher salt.

Easy Microwave Alfredo
10 - 12 servings
INGREDIENTS
8 oz Cream cheese 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons milk or cream
1 clove garlic
2 oz chunk of Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
METHOD
1Place Cream cheese, milk or cream, Ricotta, and garlic into the bowl of the food processor fitted with the Processing Blade.
2With the Processing Blade still attached to the Spindle, place the Grating disc onto Spindle as well and secure lid.
3Gently push Parmesan cheese into feed tube with processor on. There may be a thin piece left over. Remove grating disc, break the small piece of parmesan and add to food processor.
4Add the parsley leaves, salt, and pepper. Pulse two or three times.
5Remove lid, Spindle, and Processing Blade. Cover food processor bowl with a paper towel, microwave on high for 2 minutes. Pour over hot pasta.
