1. Oatmeal

0.5 - 1 cup

Place inside a microwave safe serving bowl with

 

(40 - 80 g)

no cover. Follow manufacturers’ directions for

 

 

preparation.

2. Breakfast Sausage

2- 8 links

Place pre-cooked breakfast sausage in a radial

 

 

pattern on a microwave safe dish.

3. Potatoes

1 - 4 maximum

Pierce each potato with a fork 6 times spacing

 

(6 - 8 oz. each)

around surface. Place potato or potatoes around the

 

(170 - 225 g)

edge of paper-towel-lined glass tray (Turntable), at

 

 

least 1 inch (2.5 cm) apart. Do not cover. Let stand

 

 

5 minutes to complete cooking.

4. Fresh Vegetables

4 - 16 oz.

All pieces should be the same size. Wash thoroughly

 

(110 - 450 g)

and add 1 tbsp. of water per 1/2 cup of vegetables and

 

 

cover with lid or vented plastic wrap. Do not salt/butter

 

 

until after cooking.

5. Frozen Vegetables

6 - 16 oz.

Wash thoroughly and add 1 tbsp. of water per 1/2 cup

 

(170 - 450 g)

of vegetables. Do not salt/butter until after cooking.

 

 

(Not suitable for vegetables in butter or sauce.) After

 

 

2 beeps, stir or rearrange.

6. Frozen Entrées

8 - 32 oz.

Follow manufacturers’ directions for preparation of

 

(225 - 900 g)

8 and 10 oz. sizes. For larger sized entrées, where

 

 

the directions state for the entire film cover to be

 

 

removed, do not vent or remove film cover to

 

 

ensure the sensor will detect accurately for

 

 

complete cooking. After 2 beeps, stir or rearrange.

 

 

Be careful when removing the film cover after

 

 

cooking. Remove away from you to avoid steam

 

 

burns.

 

 

If additional time is needed, continue to cook

 

 

manually.
