Electrical connection AUS

Electrical connection of the appliance should be undertaken by a suitably competent person in strict accordance with national and local safety regula- tions.

For extra safety it is advisable to install a residual current device (RCD), with a trip current of 30 mA.

The appliances are supplied with a mains cable for connection to single phase 240 V, 50 Hz supply. The plug rating and rated load are given on the data plate.

Connection should be made by a switched socket. The On-Off switch should be easily accessible after the appliance has been built-in.

Electrical connection NZ

The appliances are supplied with a mains cable for connection to single phase 230 V, 50 Hz supply. The plug rating and rated load are given on the data plate.

Important:

The wires in the mains lead are col- oured in accordance with the following code:

Green/yellow = earth

Blue = neutral

Brown = live

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not corre- spond with the coloured markings ident- ifying the terminals in your plug, pro- ceed as follows:

The wire which is coloured green and yellow must be connected to the termi- nal in the plug which is marked with the letter E or by the earth symbol z or col- oured green or green and yellow.

The wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black.

The wire which is coloured brown must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter A or coloured red.
