PRESET MENU KE Y OPT ION

The Alto- Shaa m rotisseri e provides the operator with the ability to set as many as seven cooking progr ams. Each cooking prog ram can be preset to includ e all cook ing and holding func tions. Cook ing program s are stored and recal led usin g the PRESET Keys labeled 1 through 7.

PROGRA MMING A COOKING PROGRA M:

With the roti sseri e ove n in the “OFF” posit ion, determine the food product procedure to be

progra mmed . Pres s and release cont rol ON /OFF key. The oven will beep for one second and power to

the uni t will be indi cated by an illuminat ed green indic ator light

located in the uppe r lef t corner of the

ON/OFF key. The oven will begin operating in the hold mode.

The amber hold indicator will be

ill umi nated and the last set hold temperatur e will be disp layed.

PRESET number key

unt il you hear an audi ble sign al whi ch will occur within approxima tely 4 seconds. The number

key prog ram indicat or light will illuminate. The progr ammed produc t is now stor ed in memo ry

on the spec ific numbe r key sele cted. Additional programs can be stored in the remaining PRESET

Keys if not previously progra mmed .

NOTE: The las t PRESET Key programmed will be the oven cooking run sequen ce for the next product to be programm ed. Setti ngs can be manually changed for the next produc t and an alter nate pre-p rog ramme d lette r key selecte d.

TO COOK WITH PRESET MENU KEYS:

PRESS AND RELEA SE CONTROL ON /OFF KEY.

 

 

 

The cont rol will beep and the green indicator light

on the ON /OFF key will illu minate.

• The amber hold indicator will illuminate.

 

 

 

The oven will begin operatin g in the hold mode.

 

 

 

The prev ious ly set hold temperature will be dis played.

 

The green indicat or will illumi nate on all programmed

PRES ET Keys.

PRESS DESI RED PRESET KEY (1 THROUGH 7)

 

 

 

The Pre-H eat indicat or will illuminate.

 

 

 

 

The roti sse rie oven will auto matically preheat

to the cooking

temperatur e programmed.

The oven will beep when preheat ed and the preheat

indicat or will

go out.

Bot h the Ready and Sta rt indicator lights wil l flash.

 

 

 

The set cook temperature will be maintained by the oven and appear in the display while in the ready/sta rt mod e.

LOAD THE PREPARED PRODUCT SPITS INSIDE OVEN AND CLOSE THE OVEN DOOR.

PRESS AND RELEASE

START KEY.

NOTE: The rot isse rie will beep 4 times when cooking is finished.
