Comple te and return the warra nty card

to the factory as soon as possible to assure prompt service in the event

of a warranty parts and labor claim.

NOTE: All claim s for war ranty must include the full model number and serial numbe r of the hood.

Illuminates when fan is running.

RESET BUTTON Press after correction of any problem with hood or oven.

The Ventless Hood is factory installe d directly on the top of the Alto -Shaam®Rotisseri e oven. The hood is designed to vent clean air back into the kitchen, filtering vapors and grease. A high-power fan draws fumes and steam into the hood intake and out the top sur face exhaust vent. Fumes and vapors are circulated thro ugh filters. An activated charcoal filter clean s the air before venting it out the top of the hood.

Turn the ventle ss hood ON before operat ing the rotisserie oven. There are a number of safety features inco rporated into the operation of the hood which are dire ctly related to the interaction of hood funct ion and the operation of the rotisserie oven.

CHARCOAL FILTER SWITCH GREASE FILTER SWITCH

Prevents both hood and oven operation if any filte r is not in plac e or is improperly installed.

FAN PRESS URE SWIT CH: Prevent s rotiss erie oven operation if hood fan is not operating or if the filt ers are more than 25% blocked.

RESET SWITCH

The Reset has to be used if the rotisserie oven is turned on before the hood or if the hood was opened. It reset s the pressu re switch circuit and provides power to the rotisseri e control circuit. This switch must also be used to reset hood controls after any problem with the filters. See illustrations on following pages of this manual.

NO TE : If the filte rs are dirt y or in need of repla cemen t the hood will not res et and the roti sse rie will not operate until they have been clea ned and/or repla ced.
