INSTALACIÓN DE ANCLAJES DE EXPANSIÓN PARA HORMIGÓN

1)Haga un agujero de 10 mm de diámetro con una profundidad superior al incrustado mínimo. Limpie el agujero o continúe tala- drando para hacer el agujero más profundo y que quepan los residuos en él. Utilice una broca de carburo.

2)Coloque la arandela y la tuerca al nivel del extremo del anclaje para proteger las roscas. Inserte el anclaje en el material en el que debe atornillarse hasta que la arandela quede nivelada con el material de la superficie.

3)Extienda el anclaje utilizando para ello una llave que sirva para apretar la tuerca

3–5 vueltas más de su posición lograda con el apriete manual o hasta 34 N de torsión.

Lleve siempre gafas de seguridad y utilice cualquier otro dispositivo o ropa de protección que sea necesario cuando esté instalando o trabajando con anclajes.

Se recomienda no utilizar los anclajes en material de mampostería poco pesado, por ejemplo, bloques o ladrillos, ni utilizarlo en hormigón fresco que no se haya secado el tiempo suficiente. No se recomienda utilizar brocas huecas para hacer agujeros para los anclajes.

C O LO C A C I Ó N DE LA UNIDAD

Antes de desplazar la unidad integrable para colocarla en su sitio, fije la puerta cerrada y retire los cajones.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: En las unidades base, el cajón superior dispone de un cable de control que debe desconectarse antes de sacar el cajón. Vea a continuación la ilustración 3 para ver la colocación y el modo de desconectar este cable.

Los cajones deben dejarse aparte hasta que esté preparada la instalación de los paneles. Retire las piezas decorativas de la moldura superior y lateral, así como el zócalo/rejilla.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: Si se instalan dos unidades integrables juntas a menos de 51

mmde distancia entre ellas, es necesario utilizar el equipo calentador de instalación doble de Sub-Zero (ICBTTDUAL). Consulte Instalaciones dobles en la página 41 para obtener más información. La placa de este equipo calentador debe montarse en la parte exterior izquierda de la unidad que se ubica a la derecha antes de colocar las unidades en su sitio.
