To start the Rotisserie feature, proceed as follows:

1.Place the oven tray on the 1st rack.

2.Insert the special Rotisserie support on the 2nd rack and position the spit by inserting it through the special hole for the rotisserie at the back of the oven.

3.Start the rotisserie by using the cooking program knob to select either the Broil setting or the Convection Broil setting.

bTemperature Selector

With the temperature selector/knob, you can adjust the cooking temperature at any time. The temperature controls range from Low (100°F) to MAX (500°F).

The thermostat indicator light will turn off when the selected temperature is reached. The indicator will turn on and off while cooking as the oven works to maintain the desired temperature.

4.3OPERATING THE OVEN

Below are the steps for turning your oven on.

1.Place food in the oven on the recommended tray and level (see tables on pages 28-31).

2.Select the cooking program using the cooking program knob (see tables on pages 28-31).

3.Set temperature by turning the temperature knob or following the instructions given in the timer operating section (see tables on pages 28-31).

4.Once your meal is finished, do not forget to turn both cooking function and temperature knobs to the OFF position.
