Do not place anything on the oven door while it is open. The oven door is made of glass and can break if loaded with any additional weight.

Do not alter or remove any factory applied label, warning indicators or identification plates from this range. Removal of these items may void the warranty. Please follow all applicable local codes and laws.

Please do not use this range as a space heater to heat a room.

These instructions should be kept at the user’s home in the case of inspection from a local inspector.

Installation must conform with local codes or, in the absence of codes, the National Fuel Gas Code NSIZ223.1 – latest edition. Electrical installation must be in accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANIS/NFPA70 – latest edition and/or local codes. IN CANADA: Installation must be in accordance with the current CAN/CGA – B149.1 National Gas Installation Code or CAN/CGA – B 149.2, Propane Installation Code and/or local codes. Electrical installation must be in accordance with the current CSA C22.1 Canadian Electrical Codes Part 1 and/or local codes.

Installation of any appliance fueled by Natural Gas or Propane should be performed only by a licensed plumber. An accessible manual gas shut off valve must be positioned in the supply line before the gas enters the appliance for safety and ease of service.

Children should not be left alone or unattended while the range is in use. No one should sit or stand on any part of an appliance.

Loose-fitting or hanging garments should never be worn while operating the range.

Do not repair or replace any part of the appliance unless specifically instructed in the manual. All other servicing should be handled by a qualified technician.

Use only dry potholders. Moist or damp potholders on hot surfaces may result in burns from steam. Do not let potholders touch hot heating elements. Do not use a towel or other bulky cloth.

Do not cover any opening in the oven with aluminum foil.

Do not to cover the cooktop with aluminum foil.

Do not place any flammable objects such as aerosol cans on or around the range.

Do not store dangerous or flammable materials in the cabinets above the range.

Do not use aerosol sprays in the vicinity of the range while in use.

Do not use oven compartment for storage even if the oven is not in use.

Use caution when opening the oven door. Be sure to let hot air or steam escape from the oven before handling food.
