1.Pull the main filter (outer) filter out.

2.Remove the inner filter.

3.Clean inside the filter housing, cover housing and dust cap. Wipe dry only.

4.Reinstall or replace the inner filter with the open end first, ensuring that it enters the housing recess. Push in to the end.

5.Reinstall or replace the outer filter with the open end first so that it enters the recess. Push in to the end.

6.Replace the end cover with the rubber valve pointing downwards and secure retaining clips.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The end cover must be installed with the rubber valve pointing downwards or the rubber valve will not function.

Engine Oil Cooler

1.Clean the outside of fins with a brush.

2.Remove the two screws holding the cooler unit to the blower housing.

3.Tilt the cooler downward.

4.Clean the inside of the cooler with a brush or with compressed air.

5.Reinstall the oil cooler to the blower housing.
