11.6 Operating the Attached Mower Heads
Refer to the Assembly Section of this manual to ensure the head is properly attached to the boom hitch and hydraulic lines are properly connected.
There are obvious and hidden potential hazards in the operation of this Mower. REMEMBER! This machine is often operated in heavy brush and in heavy weeds. The Blades of this Mower can throw objects if shields are not properly installed and maintained. Serious injury or even death may occur unless care is taken to insure the safety of the operator, bystanders, or passersby in the area. Do not operate this machine with anyone in the immediate area. Stop mowing if anyone is within 300 feet of mower.
Grass Flail
•The Grass Flail head is rated for cutting grass and small brush up to

•Cutting height ranges from 3/4” to 4” in vegetation. Cutting height is set by adjusting the height of the roller assembly.
•When operating near the ground or when mulching be particularly careful that there are no bystanders or animals with a 300 feet. Debris tends to fly out at great speed and can injure or even cause death.
