Upgrading the Software To upgrade the software image of a Switch 7750, use one of the following Image procedures:

Upgrading Software Use the following procedure to upgrade software with FTP: with FTP
1Log in to the system with
2From the SW7750 command line, transfer the file from the FTP server to the system, using the ftp command.
3Specify the file to boot the system from, using the boot command.
4Reboot the system, using the reboot command.
The following example illustrates this procedure:
