modem.

1Power your modem off. The power switch is in the rear right corner of the back panel.

2While holding in the RESET button (between the RS-232 and USB jacks), turn the modem back on.

3Start your communications software package. Set your port speed to 57,600 bps, type AT and press <Enter>.

If the Business Modem reports Corrupt Firmware, issue the AT~X! command and repeat the flash process found on the previous page.
