Appendix A

Scheduled Task Wizard

If you wish to run a report at a specified time, if the report was not set up via the Automatic Report Setup option during the installation of the Client, you need to add a scheduled task on your machine. This setup must be performed in addition to scheduling an event via the Event Schedule option in the Settings menu.

NOTE: See Event Schedule in Chapter 3: Customizing the Client from the Client User Section for information about setting up the Client to run at a specified time.

Steps for Scheduling a Task

Follow these steps to set up a report to run at a scheduled time:

1.From the taskbar of your machine, go to Start > Settings > Control Panel to open the Control Panel window:
