Records

Beneath the Select All and DeSelect All buttons at the bottom of the screen, the number of the record for the selected row on the current screen displays at the Records field, along with the total number of records in the current report. This indica- tor helps you determine how long it will take to generate a report view or to print a report. If there are many records, you may wish to filter your results to reduce the time it will take to process the report.

A record is selected by clicking in the grey box preceding the checkbox in that row. This action displays an arrow in that box, and the record number in the Record field.

You can navigate to another record by clicking any of the arrow buttons. In the order in which they display on the screen, clicking these buttons moves you to the first record, the record prior to the selected record, the record following the selected record, and the last record.
