Idle Cells
The !!! format must be configured for either ## or . Configuring this setting incor- rectly for a particular circuit will cause poor performance at the ATM layer.
This setting must match the configuration setting of the ATM switch or DSLAM at the other end of the circuit.
Data Scrambling
#0!2 can be 0! or 0! for cell traffic. Configuring this setting incorrectly for a particular circuit will cause poor performance.
