The Alto-Shaa m rotisserie

provides the operator with the ability to set as many as seve n coo king programs.

Each cook ing program can be preset to include all coo kin g and

holdi ng functio ns. Cooking prog rams are

stored and recalle d using the PRESET Keys labeled 1 thr ou gh 7.

 

PROGRAMMING A COOKI NG PRO GRAM:

With the roti sser ie oven in the “OFF ” position, deter mine the food produ ct procedure to be

programm ed. Pres s and relea se control ON/OFF key. The oven will beep for one second and pow er to the unit will be indic ated by an illu minated green indicat or light located in the upper left corner of the ON/OFF key. The oven will begin oper ating in the hold mode . The amber hold indicator will be illuminated and the las t set hold temper ature will be disp lay ed.

ENTER ALL COOKIN G AND HOLDING PARA MET ERS FOR THE

PRODUCT SELECTED AS INSTRU CTE D ON THE PREV IOU S PAGE .

Select a num ber for the progr ammed produ ct. Press and hol d the selected PRES ET number key until you hea r an audible sign al whic h will occur within 3 seco nds. The number key program indicat or lig ht will ill umina te. The progr ammed prod uct is now stored in memory on the

speci fic number key selec ted.

NOT E: The last PRE SET Key programmed will be the oven cook ing run sequence for the nex t produ ct to be program med . Sett ings can be manual ly chang ed for the next product and an alte rnate pre -program med lett er key selec ted.

TO COOK WIT H PRE SET MENU KEYS:

PRESS AND REL EASE CONTROL ON/OFF KEY.

• The control will beep and the green indicato r light on the ON /OFF key will ill uminate.

• The amber hold ind ica tor will illumin ate.

• The oven will begin opera tin g in the hold mode.

• The previ ous ly set hold temper ature will be dis played.

• The green ind ica tor will illu min ate on all programm ed PRESET Keys.

PRESS DESI RED PRESET KEY (1 THROUGH 7)

• The Pre-Hea t indic ator will illuminate .

The roti sser ie oven will automati cally preheat to the coo king temperatu re programmed.

• Theoven will beep when preheated and the preheat indic ator wil l go out.

• Both the Rea dy and Start indic ato r lig hts will flash.

The set cook tem pera ture will be maint aine d by the oven and appear in the disp lay while in the ready/ start mode.

NOT E: Presets cannot be mod ified once selecte d. If a modif icat ion is desi red, the preset must be erased and re- saved .

LOAD THE PREPAR ED PRODUCT SPITS INSIDE OVEN AND CLOSE THE OVEN DOOR . PRESS AND RELEAS E THE START KEY.

NOTE : The rotisserie will beep 4 times when cooking is finished .
