RE GAR DI NG IN TE RN ATI ON AL STA ND ARD UNITS: If the unit is not equipped with flexible cord with plug, an all-pole countr y approved disco nnectio n devi ce which has a contact separation of at leas t 3mm in all poles must be incorporated in the fixed wiring for disconne ction. When using a cord without a plug, the green/yellow conductor shal l be conn ected to the termi nal which is marke d with the ground symbo l. If a plug is used, the socke t outlet must be easily accessible. If the power cord needs replacement, use a similar one obta ined from the distr ibutor.

For 230V units: To prevent an elect rical shock hazard between the appliance and other appliances or metal parts in clos e vici nity, an equa lizati on-b onding stud is provided . An equalization bondi ng lead must be connected to this stud and the othe r appliances / metal parts to provide suffi cie nt prote ction

against potential difference. The terminal is marked with the follo wing symbol.
