Configuring the MT8850A/MT8852A MT8850A / MT8852A Bluetooth Test Set
Errata 1158
Errata 1158 is an approved amendment to the Bluetooth core specification version 1.1. It
is used to apply a form of data whitening for Bluetooth links in test mode. If the protocol
set of the EUT does not implement Errata 1158 this should be set to OFF.
1. Press the hard key.
2. Choose “System features”.
3. Press the key.
4. Choose “Errata 1158”.
5. Press the key to toggle between on and off.
Service This selection is provided for use by qualified service personnel and is password
protected. There are no service procedures described in this manual.
