Using the provided measuring cup, add sushi rice or
Rinse rice to remove excess starch. Drain.
Pour 1 cup of water into the inner pot for every cup of uncooked rice. If adding 6 cups of uncooked rice, pour in 6 ½ cups of water. Place the inner cooking pot into the rice cooker.
Press the MENU button to cycle to the Sushi Rice function. The indicator light will confirm that the function is selected. Press the START button to begin cooking.
