TELEPHONE OPERATION

Make a Call

Press Make a Call, then dial the number

— OR —

Dial the number (use Answer a Call to backspace and correct

digits),then press End a Call to call.

Answer a Call

Press any key except Change Channel.

End a Call

Press Redial

— OR —

Place handset in base.

Change Channel

Press Handset Volume to switch to a clearer channel while on a call.

Redial

Press Flash/Call Waiting, then press Hold to call last number dialed (up to 32 digits).

— OR —

Press Manual background , then press Manual background to call last number

dialed.While handset idle,press Manual background twice to delete the record.

Handset Volume

While on a call,press Manual background or Manual background to adjust volume of what you hear.A double beep will be sounded when reach minimum or maximum volume.

Flash/Call Waiting

1When you receive a Call Waiting signal,press

Manual background /Manual background to connect to the new call.

2Press Manual background / Manual background again to return to the original call.

Hold

Press Manual background to put a call on hold. Press Manual background again or

Manual background to release hold

— OR —

Pick up an extension phone will release hold and return the handset to the idle (on hook) mode.
