Speed dial

The telephone system has ten speed dial locations (0 and

2-9, and	1 which is reserved for voicemail) where you can

store the telephone numbers you wish to dial more quickly.

You can store up to 30 digits in each location. Speed dial				q

assignments can only be selected from the existing directory

Assign a speed dial number
1. When the telephone is idle, press MENU/SELECT.

2. Press qCID or pDIR to scroll to >Directory. Press MENU/SELECT.

3. Press qCID or pDIR to scroll to >Speed dial. Press MENU/SELECT.				p

4.Press qCID or pDIR to choose your desired speed dial location (0 or 2-9), then press MENU/SELECT. The screen

briefly shows Copy from Directory... then displays the	Add contact

5. Press qCID or pDIR to scroll to the phone number you wish	q
to assign to the selected speed dial location.

6.Press MENU/SELECT to save the setting and return to the previous menu. There is a confirmation tone and the screen returns to the speed dial list.

2.Press qCID or pDIR to choose your desired speed dial location (0 or 2-9), then press MENU/SELECT. The screen briefly shows Copy from Directory...

then displays the directory list.

3.Press qCID or pDIR to scroll to the phone number you wish to assign to the selected speed dial location.

4.Press MENU/SELECT to save the setting and return to the previous menu. There is a confirmation tone and the screen returns to the speed dial list.

Assign your voicemail speed dial number

To assign your voicemail speed dial number to location 1, see page 15 or page 24. The voicemail speed dial entry does not show in the bottom right corner.
