free of charg e (except for sh ippin g char ges fo r the produ ct).
Belkin reserve s the right to disc ontinu e any of its product s without
notice, and disclai ms any limit ed war ranty to rep air or repla ce any
such discont inued produc ts. I n the eve nt that B elkin is un able t o
repair o r repl ace the product (for ex ample, because it ha s been
discontinued ), Belk in will o ffer e ither a refund or a credit toward
the purch ase of another product from Belkin .com i n an a mount
equal to the p urchase price of the produ ct as evidence d on the
original purch ase re ceipt as discounted by its natural use .

All abov e warr anties a re nul l and void if the Belki n produc t is
not prov ided to B elkin for in spect ion up on Bel kin’s r equest
at the sole ex pense of the p urcha ser, or if Bel kin d etermi nes
that the Bel kin pr oduct h as bee n improp erly i nstal led, alte red
in any w ay, or t ampere d with. The Be lkin Product Warrant y
does not pr otect agains t acts of Go d such as f lood, lightning,
earthquake, w ar, van dalism , theft, normal -use wear and te ar,
erosion , depl etion, obsolescenc e, abuse , damage due to l ow
voltage disturb ances (i.e. b rownou ts or sags), n on-au thorized
program, o r syst em equipme nt modif icatio n or a lterat ion.
