How to get service.
To get ser vice for yo ur Bel kin p roduct you
must take the following steps:
1. Contact Belkin Tech Support at the number listed
on page 32, within 15 days of the Occurrence. Be
prepared to provide the following information:
a. The part number of the Belkin product.
b. Where you purchased the product.
c. When you purchased the product.
d. Copy of original receipt.
2. Your Belkin Custo mer Se rvic e Repr esenta tive w ill th en
instruc t you on how to for ward your re ceipt and B elkin
product and how to proceed with your claim.
Belkin reserves the right to review the damaged Belkin product.
All cos ts of shippi ng the Belk in pro duct t o Belk in for inspe ction
shall b e born e sole ly by the pu rchas er. If B elkin deter mines,
in its s ole d iscret ion, t hat it is im practi cal t o ship the d amaged
equipme nt to Belkin , Belk in may desig nate, in its sole discre tion,
an equi pment repair facil ity to insp ect an d esti mate t he cos t to
repair such e quipme nt. Th e cos t, if any, of shippi ng the equip ment
to and f rom su ch rep air fa cilit y and of suc h esti mate s hall b e
borne s olely by the purch aser. D amage d equi pment must r emain
available for inspection until the claim is finalized. Whenever
claims are se ttled , Belk in res erves the r ight t o be s ubroga ted
under any existing insurance policies the purchaser may have.
