TroubleshootingThe setup CD doe s not automatica lly start.
If Belk in Set up doe s not run wh en you inser t the CD-RO M, you r
computer may not be configured to op en CDs automatic ally.
If Belk in Set up doe s not appear withi n 15 se conds, brows e
to your CD-RO M driv e and o pen t he “Be lkin Setup” icon.
Alternatively, you may visit http://router/ and perfo rm the
setup m anuall y. Plea se see “Man ual Se tup Us ing Your
Browser” earlier in this manual for more information.

If Belk in Set up is not ab le to c ommun icate with y our Ro uter d uring
the installation process, please check the following items.
1. Make su re tha t the wirel ess ha rdware on you r
computer is turned on, if available.
2. Try connec ting y our co mpute r to on e of t he fou r “wir ed”
ports on the Router with an Ethernet cable.
3. Ensure that the Router is on. The front-panel light should be on.
4. Unplug the Router’s power supply for 10
seconds, then plug it back in.
5. There may be fi rewall soft ware o n your compu ter pr eventin g
an outgoing connection. You may choose to temporarily
disable this software before attempting setup.
If Belk in Set up sti ll can not fi nd the Route r, you m ight c hoose
to do a manual setup . Refe r to “ Manual ly Con figur ing
Network Settings” in this manual for details.
