This program is very useful when cooking a recipe or a packaged food that includes time and temperature directions that have been written for a conventional or toaster oven. It eliminates the guesswork out of converting your recipes or package directions into InfraWave® time.

ROTISSERIE [FC350 and FC360 MODELS ONLY]
Balance food on the rotisserie rod and check by performing the following steps:
1. With food already on the rotisserie rod and the rotisserie rod placed inside the | |
oven, PRESS | to turn the oven ON. |

3. To find the category of food to be cooked, PRESS until your selection appears.

5. | To input the temperature for package instruction or recipe, | then | |

6. To accept default cooking time, PRESS | MENU | or | to begin cooking. |

EXAMPLE OF HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM:
To cook a Chicken Noodle Casserole that would normally bake in a conventional oven at 375°F (191°C) for 45 minutes, follow these steps:
a. PRESS to turn the unit ON.
b. PRESS | MENU |
c. PRESS to select CASSEROLE. d. PRESS
e. PRESS to select the recipe baking temperature of 375° F (191°C). f. PRESS
g. PRESS to select the recipe baking time of 45 minutes.
h. PRESS | MENU | or |
The display will change to show the new (reduced) baking time and the food will begin to bake.

3. | To check the balance of the food on the rotisserie rod, PRESS | until TURN |
| ONLY appears on the LCD display. |

4.PRESS or to begin rotating the food.
5.PRESS to stop the TURN ONLY cycle.
Once food is balanced, you can start the cooking cycle by following these steps:

2.PRESS to select your desired food PRESS
3.PRESS to select your desired weight PRESS
4.PRESS or to begin cooking.
5.To adjust cooking time, PRESS
| NOTE: When removing rotisserie rod from oven, use the |
| rotisserie removal tool to raise the left side of the rod out |
| of the oven hook. Next, pull the rotisserie rod up and out |
| (twisting slightly to the right) and pull completely out of the |
