1.In a .wav file attachment, press the Menu key.

2.Click Play.

Switch presentation views

1.In a presentation, press the Menu key.

2.Perform one of the following actions:

•To view the presentation in its original format, click View Slides.

•To view text only, click View Text.

•To view text and slides, click View Both.

View a presentation as a slide show

Verify that you have opened the full content of the attachment.

1.In a presentation, press the Menu key.

2.Click Slide Show.

Switch slides

Verify that you have opened the full content of the attachment.

1.When viewing a slide show, press the Menu key.

2.Click Next Slide or Prev Slide.

Stop a slide show

1.When viewing a slide show, press the Menu key.

2.Click Close.

Rotate a slide

1.When viewing a presentation in slide view or in text and slide view, click a slide.

2.Press the Menu key.

3.Click Rotate.

Zoom in to or out from a slide

1.When viewing a presentation in slide view or in text and slide view, click a slide.

2.Press the Menu key.

3.Click Zoom or Zoom All.

To zoom back to the original slide size, press the Menu key. Click Zoom 1:1.

Save a slide

1.When viewing a presentation in slide view or in text and slide view, click a slide.

2.Press the Menu key.
