Submit a Mobile Hotspot diagnostic report

1.On the home screen, click the connections area at the top of the screen, or click the Manage Connections icon.

2.Click Networks and Connections > Mobile Hotspot Connections.

3.Press the key > Diagnostics.

4.Press the key > Email Report.

Troubleshooting: Mobile Hotspot mode

I can't use my smartphone as a mobile hotspot

Try the following actions:

Verify that your mobile network connection and your Wi-Fi connection are both turned on.

Verify that your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to the mobile network by checking that the indicator appears in the connections area at the top of the home screen.

Verify that your wireless service plan is set up to use Mobile Hotspot mode. For more information, contact your wireless service provider.

If you are roaming, on the Mobile Network Options screen, verify that the Data Services field and the While Roaming field are set to On.

I can't connect multiple devices to my mobile hotspot
