Sequential Polling

In Sequential Polling, the reverse of Broadcasting, your FAX/MFC requests documents from several fax units, in a single operation.

A Sequential Polling Report prints on completion.

1Make sure no document is in the feeder.

2Press Function , 1 , 2 .

3Wait 2 seconds. The screen displays:

POLLING:OFF .

4Press or to choose ON.

5Press Set .

6Then press Stop . The screen prompts you to enter the fax number you are polling.

ENTER FAX NO.

PRESS START KEY

7Specify the destination of fax machines, that you wish to poll by using One Touch, Speed Dial, or Group keys.

8Press Start . Your FAX/MFC polls each number or group member in turn for a document.
