Receiving Faxes

Select Receive Mode

You can select FAX/TEL, TAD, MANUAL or FAX ONLY by pressing the Mode button repeatedly until you have changed the FAX and FAX/TEL lights to the setting you want to use.

If you select FAX/TEL, make sure you set Ring Delay and F/T Ring Time.

Manual Reception

1 Pick up the handset.

2 Press Fax Start if you hear fax tones (beeps).

3 When the LCD shows RECEIVING, replace the handset.

Brother fax-back system:

Enter the fax number. Press Fax Start.

3Press or to select ON, and then press Set—OR—For the nexttransmission only press or to select NEXT FAX ONLY, and then press Set.4For the next fax only, press or to select ON, and then press Set.
