You can select MANUAL and press Set , then use the dial pad to enter an enlargement or reduction ratio between 50% and 200%. For example, press 5 , 3 to enter 53%.

4Press Set .

5Press Mono Copy or Color Copy .

6Using the dial pad, enter the number of copies

Keep the default (01).

7Press Set .

8If you pressed Mono Copy in Step 5, you can select SORT by pressing . (Only for multiple copies)

9Press Set .

When selecting Fixed Reduction, you need to know the size of the recording paper as registered in Function 1-2-6.

If you make a copy the same size as the original document size, you should choose a reduction of 93%. (For example, if you make a copy from letter to letter, you should choose a reduction of 93%.)
