General

Simply clean the Diverse 3010 Micro and base station with a damp cloth or an antistatic wipe. Never use a dry cloth as this may cause a static shock.

Within the warranty period

If you experience a problem with your Diverse 3010 Micro you should contact the Diverse Helpline on 08457 908070. Calls are charged at local call rates.

If the problem is not remedied, you will be advised to contact your original point of purchase.

Some suppliers offer extended warranty schemes for cover outside the initial

12-month period. Please ask them for details.

Please note that consumables

(e.g. batteries) are not covered by the 12 month warranty.

Outside the warranty period

If your Diverse 3010 Micro needs repair after the warranty period has ended, it must be repaired so as to remain compliant with the approval requirements for connection to the telephone network.

We recommend that you call the Diverse Helpline on 08457 908070, and you will be advised of our recommended repair agents.

If you have to return your Diverse 3010 Micro

If you have to return your Diverse 3010 Micro pack it securely, preferably in the original packaging including all parts of the product, i.e. the battery, power adaptor etc. We can not take responsibility for goods damaged in transit.
