Using the answering machine	45

Press to replay the current message. Press again replay the previous message.

Delete individual messages

1.Press Del during playback. The prompt announces, “Message deleted”.

Delete all messages

When all messages have been played, the display counts down from 8-0.

1.During the 8 second countdown, press Del . The prompt announces “All messages deleted” followed by a confirmation beep.

Call screening

The base loudspeaker allows you to listen-in while your answering machine takes a call. When you see who is calling you can decide whether or not to take the call.

If you want to take the call:

1.Press or lift the handset from the base. Recording stops automatically and you can speak to your caller.

Messages are actually deleted at the end of playback when there is an 8 second countdown followed by a confirmation beep. When the countdown reaches 0 all selected messages are deleted.

Cancel deletion

Press Stop during the 8-0 countdown after all messages have been played. All messages will be saved.
