TIPP: Während Sie die POWER-Taste gedrückt halten, können Sie das Gerät langsam von Objekt zu Objekt bewegen und den Laser damit absichtlich veranlassen, mehrere Objekte zu treffen, so dass Sie sicherstellen können, dass Sie nur das am nächsten gelegene Objekt, welches vom Laser erkannt wurde, anzeigen.

Brush™ (LCD-Indikator - ) In diesem erweiterten Modus können Objekte wie Gebüsch und Äste ignoriert werden, so dass nur die Distanz zum Hintergrundobjekt angezeigt wird. Wird mehr als ein Objekt erfasst, wird die Entfernung des am weitesten entfernten Objekts angezeigt, wobei um den Brush™-Indikator herum ein Kreis erscheint, der den Anwender darauf hinweist, dass die LCD-Anzeige das am weitesten entfernte Objekt anzeigt.

Drücken Sie in diesem Modus einfach die POWER-Taste zum Einschalten des Geräts. Bringen Sie als nächstes den Zielkreis auf das Objekt, dessen Entfernung Sie messen möchten. Halten Sie dann die POWER-Taste gedrückt und fahren mit dem Laser langsam über das Objekt, bis ein Kreis den Brush-Indikator umgibt. Falls der Laserstrahl mehr als ein Objekt erfasst (z.B. einen nahe Ast sowie ein Wildtier im Hintergrund), wird die Entfernung des am weitesten entfernten Objekts (d.h. des Tieres) angezeigt, und ein Kreis umgibt den Brush-Indikator, was den Anwender darauf hinweist, dass die LCD-Anzeige die Entfernung des am weitesten entfernten Objekts anzeigt (Abbildung 2). Es kommt natürlich auch vor, dass der Laserstrahl nur ein Objekt in seinem Pfad erkennt. In diesem Fall wird die Entfernung angezeigt; da jedoch nicht mehr als ein Objekt erfasst wurde, erscheint kein

Kreis um den Brush-Indikator herum.
