INSTALLATION
This chapter describes how to install the BRIM-WT1 to the MicroMMAC. To install the BRIM-WT1, you need to remove MicroMMAC’s chassis cover. Refer to the MicroMMAC User’s Guide for instructions to remove the chassis cover. You also need a Phillips-head screwdriver to install the BRIM-WT1.
2.1UNPACKING THE BRIM-WT1
Unpack the BRIM-WT1 as follows:
1.Remove the shipping material covering the BRIM-WT1 in the shipping box.
2.Carefully remove the BRIM-WT1 from the shipping box.
3.Remove the BRIM-WT1 from the protective plastic bag and set it aside to prevent damage.
4.Visually inspect the BRIM-WT1. If there are any signs of damage, contact Cabletron Systems Technical Support immediately.
