$ Customizing the Self-Timer

You can set the time delay (0 – 30 seconds) and the number of shots (1 – 10 shots).

Display the [Drive Settings] screen.

●After pressing the p button, immediately press the n button.

Select $.

●Press the opbuttons or turn the Âdial to select [Self-Timer], then use the qr

buttons to select $.

Make the settings.

●Press the op buttons, or turn the  dial to select [Delay] or [Shots].

●Press the qr buttons to select a value, then press the m button.

●Select the $ in Steps 1 and 2 on p. 61.

What if the number of shots is set to more than 2 shots?

•Exposure and white balance settings are fixed to the first shot.

•When you set the time delay for more than 2 seconds, the self-timer lamp and sound speed up 2 seconds before the shutter releases (when the flash will fire, the lamp will light).

• If the flash fires, the shooting interval may take longer.

• If you set a high number of shots, the shooting interval may take longer.

•If the memory card becomes full, shooting stops automatically.
