Adjusting the Flash Output

In D mode, you can choose 3 levels of flash output.

Set the camera to D mode.

Choose the flash output.

After pressing the m button, press the op buttons to choose ~.

Make the setting.

Press the qrbuttons or turn the Ê dial to choose the flash output, then press the m button.

You can also set the flash output by pressing the n button, choosing [Flash Settings] from the 4 tab, and then pressing the m button. Choose [Flash Output] and press the qr buttons to make the setting.

In M and B modes, you can set the flash output if you choose the 4 tab, then [Flash Settings] and set the [Flash Mode] option to [Manual].

Checking for Shut Eyes

When the camera detects the possibility that people have their eyes shut, appears.

Choose [Blink Detection].

Press the n button, choose the 4 tab, and then choose the [Blink Detection] menu item. Press the qr buttons to choose [On].

Shoot.

When a person with shut eyes is detected, a frame and appear.

In , " or modes, this function is only available for the last image shot.
