•The NEW/COMBINE display appears only if you already have input text before starting the recall operation. If you did not input any data before start- ing the recall operation, this display does not ap- pear, and steps 5 and 6 of this procedure are not necessary (so you should skip directly to step 7).

5.Move the highlighting to specify whether you want to use the recalled text as new data (NEW) or in combination with existing data (COMBINE).
•If you select NEW, the recalled data replaces any text that was on the data input screen when you pressed SET.
•If you select COMBINE, the recalled data is inserted into the text on the input display.
•If you selected NEW in step 5, the procedure ends here. If you selected COMBINE, continue with the following.
