Clearing Arpeggio Step Data

Use the procedure below to clear preset step data or step data that was edited using Step Edit (page E-25) and create new step data from scratch.

Note that the variation type cannot be cleared.

While the arpeggio type selection screen is displayed, press the ep (EDIT) button.

Use the dt (w) and ek (q) buttons to select “Clear Step” and then press the em (ENTER) button.

This should cause “Clear?” to appear on the display.

Press the em (ENTER) button again.

This will display a confirmation message (“SURE?”).

Press the eo (YES) button.

The message “Complete!” will appear on the display when the data is deleted.

Renaming an Arpeggio

After editing an arpeggio, you can give it a name and save it as a user arpeggio.

1. Perform steps 1 through 2 of the procedure under “Editing an Arpeggio”, (page E-25).

Use the ds (u), dt (w), ek (q), and el (i) buttons to select “NameEdit”, and then press the em (ENTER) button.

Edit the name as desired.
